Dr. Pye's Scanmask 7 Million Live Beneficial Nematodes - Kills Over 230 Bugs
These microscopic organisms destroy pests that live underground. They will seek out and destroy more than 230 different kinds of soil dwelling and wood boring insects, including Japanese beetles, cut worms, wire worms, weevils, white grubs, fungus gnat larvae, flea larvae, subterranean termites, and many more. They are so small that several thousand would fit on the head of a pin! But they do a big job –moving through the ground, they enter the body cavities of their target pests and release bacteria that kill that pest. They are completely safe for people, pets, and the environment, and are compatible with other beneficial insects. Each container includes seven million live beneficial nematodes.

Where do fleas live?
Fleas can live on a variety of hosts. The cat flea, for instance, can be found on a wide range of hosts from cats and dogs, through to camels and cattle. There is, however, a human flea, (Pulex irritans), which is quite rare and can also be found on a variety of hosts including badgers, pigs and foxes. Fleas are usually found in the fur, feathers or sleeping areas of their hosts, depending on the host’s activity. In the home environment, the cat flea is commonly found the dog or cat itself, in its bedding, or in its favorite resting area.

Yuck! Flea bites!

Yuck! Flea bites!
We are now fighting fleas at the rental house. Most of the house is "sparkling" clean. I only have the dining room and living room floors before I move on to the basement.

Anyone have tips on killing fleas? We have already used Hot Shot foggers and Precor 2000 aerosol spray. I understand that they can’t reproduce on human blood. The new renters are moving in in two weeks

FLEA BITES look different on different people…on me the bites were tiny tiny pin points, on my nephew the bites were huge with big blisters in the middle like chicken poxs.

Robin Williams - Live on Broadway
Everyone’s favorite over-the-top comedian brings his frantic pace to the big stage to sermonize on religion, breast implants, anthrax and everything in between. Recorded live in New York City. 2002/color/126 min/NR/fullscreen.

Sharper and deeper than Robin Williams’s previous road material, Live on Broadway is a mature comedian’s view of all things to do with power, prejudice, and paranoia in the 21st century. On the anthrax scare of 2001: “The Senate cleared out of their building but told the rest of us, ‘Get on with your normal lives!'” On his solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict over Jerusalem: “Time share!” On the pitfalls of America’s deepening alliance with Britain: “The House of Commons is like Congress with a two-drink minimum.” A viewer may have to slog through Williams’s tedious breast fetishism, but patience is quickly rewarded with bitchy takes on Martha Stewart facing prison, solid satire about French existentialist judges at the Olympics, and subversive op-eds about the Bush administration’s inability to clarify terrorist threats to the public (“Has the CIA become the Central Intuitive Agency?”). –Tom Keogh
